New Patients

At Carleton Place Dental Centre, we strive to make dental care as easy as possible for you. To that end, we offer a range of payment options. We accept dental insurance plans from all major insurers. We submit your dental claims electronically so you have one less thing to worry about. As an assignment office, we allow your insurance company to pay us directly as long as your policy permits. For example, if your dental insurance coverage is 90%, you are only required to pay the 10% difference at the end of your visit.

For payment methods we accept cash, debit , Visa and Mastercard. Personal cheques are not accepted.

For new patients, we have printable new patient form for your convenience. Please print ahead, fill it out and bring it with you on your first visit to save time.
